Welcome to WelathStead. By creating an account, registering API keys, uploading statement files, or using our interactive budget simulation widgets, you agree to comply with the operational terms outlined below. These guidelines represent our mutual commitment to ledger integrity and legal transparency.
1. Invitation-Only Access Gateways
WelathStead operates as a private, invite-only personal ledger management system. Account creation is guarded by manual invitation codes. You agree that invitation codes are strictly single-use and non-transferable, and you will not attempt to register profiles using fraudulent, brute-forced, or unauthorized codes.
2. Sovereign Financial Advice Disclaimer

WelathStead is a mathematical calculation utility and ledger aggregator. We do not act as licensed financial advisors, accountants, or brokerages. All cash flow calculations, surplus projections, and budget advices are generated dynamically for educational and informational tracking purposes only. Users bear sole responsibility for their personal investment choices, liabilities, and active debt amortizations.
3. Accurate Statement Import Rules
When using our statement processing pipeline to ingest ledger transactions, you agree to only import valid, authentic bank or card statement files (PDF or images) issued legally by registered financial institutions. You will not upload files containing malicious scripts, intentionally corrupted schemas, or balance sheets representing fraudulent transactions.
4. API Key Usage & Account Integrity
If you choose to generate personal API tokens, you are entirely responsible for protecting those access keys. Any transactions, data queries, or job uploads triggered via your API key will be legally attributed to your account. WelathStead reserves the right to rate-limit or suspend keys that show behavior suggestive of system abuse, DOS attacks, or indexing exploits.
5. System Availability & Service Term
We strive to keep WelathStead ledger storage, statement processing queues, and custom API routes fully available with high speed and data synchronization. However, WelathStead services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We reserve the right to deploy hotfixes, perform database cleanups, and carry out scheduled maintenance that may cause temporary brief interruptions in dashboard readouts.
6. Governing Laws & Jurisdiction
These Terms of Service and any related ledger disputes shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws under which the WelathStead hosting clusters are registered, without giving effect to conflicts of law provisions.
